to open a "Diagnosis Only" work order. After submitting the work order,
you will receive a confirmation email as well as shipping instructions
by email. You will be charged $.01 at the end of the checkout to ensure
the your order is kept in our database. Return shipping via Canada Post
Express is FREE, upgraded shipping options are available at check out.
Your credit card is not kept on file and cannot be charged without you
making a payment online. Once your iPhone or iPod is received a
technician will diagnose it and email you a quote on the repair, this
email will contain a secure link where payment can be made. There is no
risk and no obligations for this service.

2) Mail-In
Diagnostic Work Order
If you do not wish to create a work order in advance, please use the following
guidelines when sending your device into iRepair.ca for service: Print and complete the iRepair.ca
Diagnostic Order Form (PDF)
- Backup any data you want to keep before sending your unit
in for service. We cannot be responsible for any loss of data
on your iPod or iPhone. Almost all repairs to your iPod or
iPhone involve disconnecting the battery, which can sometimes result
in data loss on your iPod/iPhone. Non-volatile storage (like
the iPod hard drive) will never be cleared by our technicians
without your knowledge and approval.
- Mail your unit and completed iRepair.ca Order
Form to iRepair.ca. Avoid using mailing envelopes. Use
a sturdy cardboard box with dimensions of 6"x4"x3" or
greater. Use plenty of bubble wrap or other packaging material
that will protect the LCD screen in the even of an impact
to the shipping box

Shipping Information
UPS, Federal Express, DHL,
or the Canada Post are all acceptable for inbound shipping
of your iPod or iPhone. It is advised that you use a method of shipping that is traceable. iRepair.ca strongly recommends that you insure your package for the replacement
value on the inbound shipment.
International Shipments - UPS Ground service is not an acceptable way to ship
your package to us from the USA, it is recommened that you use USPS oterwise customs brokerage fee
of $35.00 will be added if you ship us a package in this manner.
UPS Express (Air) shipments are fine as well as postal, DHL, or
FedEx packages.
