1. Create an account so all of your information is on file.
2. Purchase our free diagnostic testing service by adding it to your cart.
3. Print a copy of the confirmation email which will be emailed after checkout.
4. Package and ship your iPod, iPhone, iPad or Mac to our repair facility.
5. We diagnose your device and send you an affordable quote for the repair.
Q: What am I paying for at checkout if the diagnosis is free?
A: You are only prepaying for return shipping, that way if you choose not to proceed with a repair the device can be shipped back to you with no hassles.
Q: What happens if I do not want to have my device repaired?
A: We can either send it back, offer to purchase for salvage value, or recycle it for you and refund your return shipping.
Q: How long does the free iPod diagnostic testing take?
A: You will be contacted by email within 24 hours of receipt with a repair quote, if you would like to proceed with a repair you can make a payment through paypal, credit card, or email money transfer.
Q: What is the turnaround time on repairs?
A: Most repairs are completed and shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt.
Q: What iPod Models do you repair?
A: We repair all iPod and iPhone Models except the iPod Shuffle and 4G/5G Nano.
Q: Will I lose my data?
A: We cannot guarantee that we will not need to restore your unit, therefore we recommend you back up any important files before sending us the unit.
Q: Do you use original Apple parts for iPod and iPhone repairs?
A: We use original Apple parts and high copy parts when originals are not available, all batteries are third party high capacity which allows for longer playback.

A: You can ship to either our location in Toronto or Vancouver, which ever is closest to you. You can find the mailing addresses located on our locations page.

A: The shipping cost is for return shipping only, you are responsible for packaging and sending your iPod to us.

A: We use Canada Post Express which takes 1-2 days within Canada

A: All packages are insured for the current value, if a package is lost it will be replaced or a refund for the insured amount will be given.
Q: Can I ship my Apple device to you without prepaying for return shipping?
A: Yes, if you would like to skip the online process, please include all contact info with your device. Shipping will be added to the price of repair.
Q: Why haven't you sent me a box to ship my device in?
A: We do not send boxes to the customer, you have to package and mail it in yourself.

A: The shipping cost is for return shipping back to you.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: All of our services come with a 6 month warranty which you will not find anywhere else, all of our competitors offer only 30 or 90 day warranties.
Q: What are the terms of your warranty?
A: Under warranty we will repair or replace any part(s) installed by us. Refunds will not be given on parts or repair work, however you may upgrade or trade-in your unit for a refurbished product from our catalog.
